Danube Projects has officially launched its groundbreaking project, Elitz 3, in the vibrant community of Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). With a development value exceeding Dh 800 million, Elitz 3 marks another milestone for the UAE’s fastest-growing private real estate developer.

Scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026, Elitz 3 comprises twin towers, soaring 40 and 46 floors high, encompassing a total of 750 residential units.
